As one of Egypt's most prestigious academic institutions and the beacon of intellectual excellence in the Middle East, Cairo University has hosted transformative discourses that have resonated far beyond Egypt's borders. Since its establishment in 1908, The Grand Celebration Hall that is crowned by Cairo University's iconic dome has staged many speeches by world-renowned leaders and visionaries, like King Farouk in 1939, Nelson Mandela in 1991, Jacques Chirac in 1996, Barack Obama in 2009, and Emmanuel Macron in 2025.
This year, the Grand Celebration Hall welcomes academic and entrepreneurial AI visionaries to bridge the gap between industry and academia to usher a new beginning of unlocking human potential.
